Client: Mountain Valley Center is owned by Dr Jill Henry. She was a tenured Associate Professor of Physical Therapy at the Medical College of Georgia, Augusta, GA, USA. Dr Jill and her husband together developed the website in 1998. MountainVallyCenter.com sells unique products for well being - fountains, feng shui, singing bowls. The actual store of Mountain Valley Center is located on a major highway going from Atlanta, GA. to Cherokee, NC in the Smoky Mountains of Western North Carolina.

Challenge: The store had a steady flow of customers through the summer months (tourist season), but few during the winter months. To solve this problem they came up with their website. But the site did not have much web presence as it had a Google PageRank of 1 and did total sales of $1000 per month.
