LobsterAnywhere.com has shipped New England’s finest lobster, unique dishes and award winning chowder and seafood to discerning customers across the United States, overnight, for over six years. They are a gift company specializing in fresh seafood. LobsterAnywhere.com has delivered live lobster and fresh seafood to places as faraway as North Pole, AK. They are not just a lobster company. They also ship their own chowder, bisque, and specialty products.
Challenge:
Initially the Pay Per Click campaign was managed in-house. However client did not have enough time to monitor and update the campaign. There were many keywords which were getting clicks but those clicks were not converting into sales.
Solution:
When Pay Per Click campaigns were handed over to eBrandz, the first thing we did was to install conversion tracking code on LobsterAnywhere website. This helped us categorize keywords into top performing, medium performing, low performing and not performing. We then allocated more budget to top performing keywords and stopped bidding on non performing keywords.

The results were immediate and the campaign started delivering more and more conversions thereby improving performance by every week.
