It is my pleasure to send a letter of service approval. For a web-based company, search engine optimization is a process of patience, not immediate results. eBrandz however has met every goal set since origination of service in January 2005. Hawaii Hideaways is a brand new company whose online competitors have 5 years of established rankings. We appear nonetheless side by side at the top three spots for our most important key words: “Luxury rental homes Maui,” “Maui luxury rental homes” etc.

When selecting for a SEO company, we focused our research on price, past client success, and responsiveness. eBrandz gave us an extensive list of services with a bottom line that undercut US competitors by $10k or more. The published list of successful clients was even more impressive.Finding that eBrandz successfully placed one of their Indian women’s clothing companies at #1 for “sarees” made clear this company’s ability. Lastly, when I requested to speak with someone, Milind phoned at the time requested despite the time change from Mumbai to Hawaii.

As I continue this service, the most important factors are that my questions are answered and my suggestions implemented. Both of these eBrandz does preemptively. When Google redefined their placement principles, eBrandz explained the changes to me and re-established our rankings within a month. When outsourcing, I rarely encounter this level of satisfaction. Our contract with eBrandz is a relationship I look forward to continuing.
